1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of Oklahoma, aged 18 and over. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Stronghold Roofing, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and the web design, advertising, fulfillment, legal, administrative, and giveaway agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this giveaway are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period: The giveaway starts on October 29, 2023 and ends on December 22, 2023, at 11:59 PM Central.
3. Entry Procedure: Participants must follow Stronghold Roofing on Facebook, share the specified giveaway post, and complete a full roof replacement with Stronghold Roofing before the end of the promotion period. Roofing repairs or worked performed not considered a full roof replacement will not be considered valid for entry.
4. Prize: One (1) Traeger Grills IRONWOOD XL pellet grill. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash alternative is allowed except in Stronghold Roofing’s sole discretion. Stronghold Roofing reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection: Out of the next 20 customers who meet all eligibility requirements, one (1) winner will be selected at random after December 22, 2023. The winner will be notified via Facebook. Selected winners will have 24-hours to claim and respond from the time of notice.
20 customers completing a full roof replacement during the giveaway period must be achieved by Stronghold Roofing. If less than the required 20 full roof replacements customers are not achieved and completed per the entry requirements by the end of the giveaway period, a winner will not be selected.
6. Prize Delivery: Stronghold Roofing will personally deliver the grill to the winner on December 23, 2023. The winner must provide a valid delivery address within Oklahoma. Any costs related to prize acceptance and use are the winner's sole responsibility.
7. Liabilities: Stronghold Roofing is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the giveaway.
8. Privacy: All personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Rights: By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Stronghold Roofing, which are final and binding in all respects.
10. Miscellaneous: This giveaway is governed by the laws of Oklahoma. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
11. Media Release: By participating, the winner grants Stronghold Roofing the irrevocable right to use, publish, and distribute any photographs, videos, or audio of the winner for promotional, marketing, and other purposes without further compensation. The winner waives any rights to prior review or approval of such uses and releases Stronghold Roofing from any claims arising from the media’s use.
12. Ownership Clause: The participant must be the named and deeded owner of the property where the roofing work is performed. Proof of ownership may be required prior to commencing any work or being eligible for the giveaway.
13. Tax Reporting Clause: Stronghold Roofing will file all appropriate tax documents related to the giveaway, including issuing a Form 1099 to the winner for the value of the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to report this value for tax purposes and to pay any taxes that may arise from receiving the prize.
